You can search for more information on Earned value management, CMM or Six Sigma regarding project quality estimation.

In the most simplest form, project quality can be measured by meeting customer's expectation based on the defined project scope on time within budget.

I have been rather busy with work and study. Hardly have time to follow up my blog.

I use Microsoft Project frequently and Planview in the past. Not familar with RationalPlan but will have a look.

... and eventually if you think that "free to try" Single/Multi Project and the free Project Viewer from RationalPlan are OK in order to be placed in your list, please let me know.
